ONLINE THERAPY
INTERNET THERAPY
Corporate and Personal Consulting is now offering consultations over the internet. Consultations are in real time, and can occur via chatting or web cam on Windows Live Messenger.
To be able to access consultations of this type you will need a computer with Windows Live Messenger installed, and you will need a hotmail address. If you wish to have the session via web-cam you will also need to install that hardware on your computer.
Before a session can take place the following consent form needs to be downloaded, completed and returned signed. It will also be necessary for your therapist to check that the contact details you provide are accurate.
You will need to contact our office to book in a consultation, and tell the receptionist that you are booking a session by internet.
Please note that we cannot offer all services by internet, and services provided over the internet are not eligible for Medicare rebates.
If you have any questions please phone 03 8317 0444 or e-mail simonkinsella@cpc.com.au

All psychology Medicare services are limited to a maximum of 12 individual sessions per client per calendar year, with a review by the referring doctor required after the initial six sessions.
