Corporate Health Audit
This process is a unique offering of Corporate and Personal Consulting. The audit process aims to identify risks within the business that might lead to staff mental health problems, excessive and unnecessary stress and high staff turnover. We assess a range of dimensions of your business and provide written feedback on strengths and weaknesses, and areas of vulnerability.
Executive Coaching
These services are offered for those who are tying to achieve the best in life and work. People who request coaching are often not suffering any psychological problems, rather they want to find ways to optimise:
- their performance at work
- their people management skills
- their work/life balance
- or the way in which they manage their daily lives.
Manager Assistance
This service allows managers to phone in to have brief discussions about the best way to manage personnel problems arising in the work place. The aim is to provide recommendations quickly so that the best direction can be taken as early as possible, leading to the greatest chance of a successful outcome.
Employee Assistance
Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) can be created to suit the needs and size of your organisation. Some of our client companies choose to nominate a set number of counselling sessions that they will provide for their staff (typically 1, 3 or 5 sessions per year), other organisations prefer to nominate the number of sessions on a case by case basis
Dispute Resolution and Mediation
Mediations, workplace investigations and conciliations into complaints of sexual harassment, harassment, discrimination and workplace bullying are provided by specialist mediators.
Crisis Intervention
When a traumatic incident occurs in the workplace it is essential that staff be debriefed at the earliest possible time. Research show that appropriate assistance following a trauma can avert the onset of the potentially disabling condition of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. We can provide an on-call service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

An important part of any team development is the feedback between team members. We have a variety tools at our disposal to assess the team sentiment and deliver meaningful feedback. We choose the type of assessment device that will deliver the information your team needs the most.
Preferred Provider
Making us your preferred provider means that when you need our services the formalities have been completed and we can get to work on your problems quickly and efficiently.
To establish a preferred provider relationship we need to know who in your organisation is authorized to request our services. We also need to work with you to complete a service agreement, nominating the type of service your company will be using.
